Cant force SoC on departure while at charger location

I am unable to force a particular departure SoC while at a charge station. No matter what I enter for my departing SoC, the app automatically adds charge rate/duration to the departure instead of showing the needed charge as a charge waypoint.

This was an issue for me when I got to a station at 25% and was supposed to charge to 86% before driving to my final destination. I wanted to see what would happen if I would leave at 80% instead, and see what additional charge location the app recommended, but even though I entered 80% departure SoC, the app kept changing it to 86% through the charge rate / duration (which I was unable to modify or erase). There were plenty of additional charger along my route that i was expecting it to recommend. The only way I was able to get it to work, was by adding the station I was at as an avoid network.

I would have figured that the departure SoC would stand on its own, and if the app believes I should charge up at the station I'm parked at, it should have added it as a charging waypoint, instead of forcing the additional charge into the departure details.
