Can't dismiss reduced animation warning

I use reduced animations on my device, and every time I open ABRP on Android Auto, I need to dismiss a warning telling me to check the app. The thing is, the only solution to the low framerate is to enable animations system-wide, which I don't want to do. (The dev tools workaround has the same effect.) If you really don't have an alternative, that sucks but I understand. However, it should be possible to permanently dismiss the warning rather than having to close it every time I get in the car.

ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hey, we now added an option to dismiss the banner and it is persisted until the app is reinstalled or you log out. Will be released with the next version.

    Hi. This error message is still displayed when using ABRP via Android Auto. On every time it connects to my display.
