New ABRP user. 2025 Equinox EV LT1. Just bought the premium subscription and I’m trying to “Connect Live Data” by linking to MyChevrolet. I’m at the “Sign into your Chevrolet Account” page. When I enter my email and my MyChevrolet password, I get this message:
Connection Problem
Chevrolet is experiencing issues, and is currently unreachable. Please try again later.
I get the same message when I use the iOS version of ABRP on my phone, and if I logon and try to link on my Windows 11 PC. My iPhone shows version 6.1.7.
Could I be doing something wrong here or is this a bug?
I would really like to get this working before taking a long trip early next week.
