Have you used the OBD before? If this is the first time it seems to be something wrong with the OBD.

The device connects perfectly to the ODB Link software.
One of the other suggestions I have been given is to ensure it isn’t connected to ODBLink as it can only be connected to one piece of software at a time.

Yes it should not be connected to any other app.
