Can't connect to Enode thru MyVW app

I’m trying to connect my VW ID.Buzz to ABRP via Enode from a PC. I get as far down the Enode path as logging into the myVW app where I get an “Unauthorized User” message. My login credentials to myVW are correct, and the myVW app by itself works fine.

If I attempt this from the ABRP app, I can add my vehicle, but when I go to the Buzz and select “Connect live data” it always asks “Would you like to save the selected car?” Neither selecting “Save vehicle” or “Cancel” does anything except put me back to the prior screen.

Needless to say this is very frustrating and I have yet to be able to use ABRP with my Buzz.
