Can't connect Opel Grandland Electric via Enode

When logging in to My Opel via ABRP and enode, it just says “no vehicles found”. I know from others that it does work with Opel. So why not for me? Any good tips to make it work?
My Opel subscription ran out since I did not want to pay for a really shitty app! To my knowledge this should have nothing to do connecting the car to ABRP via enode.
