Cant Connect OBD

Hello,

I purchased the pro version of the ABRP app for one year, and afterwards, I connected an OBD device to my vehicle and paired it with my phone via Bluetooth. Then, when I tried to link my vehicle in the ABRP app by selecting the "connect vehicle" option, I couldn't get past the "General Token" page. Normally, users see their OBD devices listed here, but I don't see anything. What should I do?
