Can’t connect live data with VW id4

Vehicle: 2024 VW ID.4 Pro AWD (77 kWh) Region: Canada

Issue: Unable to complete live data connection via Enode.

When attempting to connect via Enode in ABRP, I am presented with three options:

• MyVW

• MyVW Canada

• Volkswagen

Results:

• Selecting MyVW or Volkswagen returns: Invalid credentials: Volkswagen could not authenticate you with the credentials you entered.

• Selecting MyVW Canada proceeds to the login page, but submitting my correct credentials returns a yellow error banner: Unauthorized access: You are not authorized for this action.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Attempted:

1. Verified login details work directly in the native myVW Canada app. MyVW can see the car and state of charge, lock and unlock doors.

2. Reset my myVW account password and confirmed the new password works in the myVW app.

3. Disabled Safari content blockers/ad blockers (including Wipr / fltr rules) and cross-site tracking protections to test for web view interference.

4. Deleted the myVW app, re-attempted the connection in ABRP.

5. Deleted and Reinstalled the ABRP app. Didn’t work

6. Re installed myVW app. Password still works there.

7. Attempted test on cellular data instead of Wi-Fi, but cell coverage here is terrible so I could not complete that.

The myVW Canada integration in Enode appears to be triggering an authorization block on Volkswagen's OAuth server.
