Can't change the charging point

When I arrive at a charging station and the app tells me to charge, there is no way to change the charging station. Often enough, they don’t work or are full. If I just pretend I am done charging, then I can’t adjust the charge level of the car and can’t get the app to plan another charging station.

I have to cancel the route and plan it again from the current location.

Where does this happen?

    Hello @Googlemail,

    While in a route and close to your charger where you can see that it is full, you can press the button “Next charger” where you can get the next available charger. You will also get an option of finding alternative chargers when reaching the charging station. Has the option “Find alternative chargers” shown up for you when reaching the charging station and have you used the “next charger”-option previously? Let us know about these choices.

      I have not seen the next charger option during the route. I am using CarPlay.

      When I reach the charging station there is a modal window with a single button ‘finished charging’. No other option.
