Can't change departure time in Windows

Can’t change departure time on stating point win Windows web browser (both Chrome & Firefox.) I click the settings window on the departure point. The settings window opens. I click the departure time, and the calendar window opens BEHIND the settings window. Clicking on the visible part of the calendar, or anywhere else outside the settings window, causes both the settings window and the calendar to close immediately.
