Cannot share location on Android with ABRP

When I use the Android dialog for sharing locations, I could open Google Maps and the location will directly select, but when open with ABRP only the apps starts without that the location is used in any way.

Where does this happen?

    If you mean that you import a location to ABRP that’s not possible.

      Thanks for the reply. Let me clarify the exact behavior I'm describing.

      When I'm in any Android app and have a location, I can open that location with various routing apps via the share dialog. Those apps work because they have programmatically registered (via intent filters) for exactly this location data type. ABRP does the same thing — it appears in the share menu and effectively advertises itself as compatible with location sharing.

      So naturally I'd expect that when I pick ABRP from the share dialog, the shared location actually gets interpreted. Right now the app just launches and ignores the location entirely.

      At the very least, the app should pan/zoom the map to the shared coordinates — which is programmatically trivial to implement given the location data is already being passed to the app. If ABRP genuinely doesn't support this, then it arguably shouldn't appear in the share page at all, since its presence there implies it can handle the location.

        You should at least be able to share your location from Google maps and Waze so I have sent this to the developers sp they can look at it.
