Cannot set Home or Work locations

I have tried from both the website and the app. When you click Set Home or Set Work it just brings up the bookmarks page. If I add work or home as a bookmark then the main page now shows them as bookmarks alongside the Set Home and Set Work buttons. While it is functional to save these locations as bookmarks separately the visual clutter of having a permanent Set Home/Work button is irritating.
