Cannot search for an address after update

It is not possible to search or input a address for departure and arrival or extra stops in the iOS app. Only at website is it working for now.

Where does this happen?

    It seems ABRP is not recognizing the carriage return when putting in a new destination address or name.

    Using iPhone iOS 26.5.2

    Using iPhone 12, iOS 26.5.2, ABRP app search is failing to recognize point locations and map is flickering. Deleted and reinstalled but this did not fix.

    Any idea for this issue? Trying to add chargers manually and expand the list so I can add more but the list won’t stay expanded, always pulls down, only works on rare occasions after trying several times. This latest app version for iOS really has a lot of issues.

    Switch off and on (Reduce Motion) is the fix for this issue

    Hi

    We've identified a possible cause for this issue. We were able to reproduce it with "reduced motion" turned on in your phone settings. Could you confirm whether this setting is currently active on your device? If so, try disabling it and let us know if that resolves the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!
