Unable to select 'no' to 'were you able to charge?' when rating charger

Greetings, I do not know,is this an error,or the app is intentionally designed to not allow negative feedback. I have it newly installed & I wish to add my experiences from my former trips & if I wish to mark a charger,where I was unable to charge,the app resets itself & disallows me to add any negative experience, is this a bug or an intention to prevent any criticism?

If the latter,it is quite bad,as I cannot warn other users,where I had troubles on my former trips.
