Cannot put in 12pm for start time in edge or Chrome.

When I try to put in 12 anything for a start time I cannot. So I originally wanted to put in 12:30 but could not. I tried in both Edge and Chrome and with multiple keyboards. I simply wanted to start the trip at 12:30pm. I can put in 11:xx without an issue but when I try to put in 12 the second digit for the hour will disappear and it will jump to the minutes area. No one else is having this issue?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    I might have the same problem with any time beyond 12:00
    Simply said, I cannot enter start time in 24-hour format.
    If I enter want to enter “12:00” as the start time, I enter “12” in the hour field like the original reporter and like for him it jumps to “0”, if I however want to enter “17:00” ABRP is always changing this to “05:00”.
    So ABRP seems to force a 12-hours format without giving the option to select “AM/PM”, which honestly for European users would be still non-sense.
