Cannot get plan from the API

Whilte trying to get the plan from a better routeplanner APP for my own website I am getting: 

{"status": "error", "error_type": "no_plan"}

I am using this command to test it:

curl
        --silent -H "Authorization: APIKEY ${ABRP_API_KEY}"
        "https://api.iternio.com/1/tlm/get_latest_plan?token=${ABRP_TOKEN}"
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
