Cannot get app to stop suggesting Tesla chargers

I am driving a Hyundai ionic five. I don't have an adapter to charge on Tesla chargers. I have indicated that I want to avoid Tesla charges. Despite this, the route planner keeps routing me to Tesla chargers even if it makes the trip an hour longer. I don't understand why this feature is not working.

Where does this happen?

    DUH! My bad. I just discovered that I had clicked on for NACS chargers. It looks like there are two different places where you can indicate your preferences.

    Thanks that is really helpful. Where do I find the flag that will exclude all NACS charges? Eventually when Hyundai finally gives me the adapter, they claim they are going to, I’ll un click it but for right now it is messing up my route planning.

    Two thoughts for stop gap fixes: 1) if you never want to use a Tesla charger, you can change the “avoid” preference to “exclude,” or 2) the suggestion from @Ella ABRP should exclude all NACS chargers (although it might still route you to Tesla “Magic Dock” chargers).
