Cannot find level 2/J1772 chargers in Atlanta, Georgia

I am trying to use your service to plan a trip requiring level 2/J1772 chargers in Atlanta, Georgia. Planning fails because the tool won’t use those chargers to recharge on the proposed route. I have set the filters to use these chargers.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Can you send me an example route of locations you want in the plan? You can write the location to me here or type in the addresses in ABRP, take a screenshot and send them here.
