Cannot Create Account

Where does this happen?

ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

Have tried to create a new account many times, but verification always fails because I never get the email with the verification code - even after always pressing Resend. My email domain is: @btconnect.com. Using W11 Pro.
