Cannot connect Toyota bZ AWD

It’s been over a month since I got this subscription and I cannot get my vehicle connected. It tells Toyota is unavailable, or that they cannot authenticate me with the data provided. I’m certain my login info is right.

My vehicle is saved in the app.

Where does this happen?
