We’ve identified the issue as being that when we attempted to start Tesla Streaming in the connection process, it caused a crash.
This appears to be due to Tesla not approving that the vehicle and account are not located in the same region, i.e. if you’ve imported your Tesla, or created the account in a different country, Tesla Streaming will not work for you at the moment.
We have, however, fixed the issue so that users still can get the basic data connection (once per minute) even if Tesla Streaming does not work (every 5 seconds).
