Cannot change settings

In Version 4.6.1 i cannot change the settings in ios nor can i change it in the webapp. In IOS the changed settings are not stored (the button to commit the changes is miising), in the Webinterface i can change the settings, but these settings are not used for routing (the setting dosent matter)
