Can not see navigation arrow after a while

Morning, last week we traveld a lot and sometimes we need to close the app complete and restart again . i can not see the arrow anymore. it doesnt matter vertical or horizontal . iphone 11 all latest updates (06/02/22) navagation still works at this point. menü hide/unhide no effect
