Can no longer connect my Nissan Ariya to anode live data

My Vehicle has lost its live connection for SoC etc. connect anode option button is not doing anything. No connection, no error message, nothing. Unfortunately this is the sole reason I am paying for the premium subscription . Have tried all suggested options

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Is the issue still persisting? Have you tried contacting Enode aswell for this issue? Are you able to re-link to the vehicle again?
