    Hi @Rafael Bonache Martínez ,

    We require that the dongle uses BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) for connection and not classic Bluetooth. Therefore you can’t connect your Vgate pro BT3.0 dongle. Please read this article of suggested devices for our app Choosing an OBD device.
