Calculate Rapidgate

I like ABRP for its precise calculation. But when it is used for old cars without thermal management, in my case a Skoda citigo, it is unreliable for the estimation of the charging time after the Batterie gets hot and the BMS throttles the power output.

Therefore it should add some sort of correction after the car had 2 or 3 fast charges.
