BYD Seal U EV obd connection problem

I purchased a BYD Seal U EV. I wanted to connect ABRP using an OBD device, but it seems that this model does not support OBD connection. However, models like the Atto 3 do support it. Why is that? What can I do to fix this or support enabling it?
