BYD SEAL OBD connection values
Live data connection was working fine until 12/10/24 (I’m not sure of the version, I have now upgraded to the lastest 5.5.2)
The app was able to get SOC, Battery temperature, voltage, power along with GPS position & altitude.
Now voltage & power are missing. Also my drives are not recorded (I don’t know if this is linked)
- Where does this happen?

Hello,
I just updated to V5.7.0 (3253) and I’m happy to report that OBD data is now again complete with non zero power and voltage.
I suppose you can now close this report !

Upgraded today to 5.6.0, power & voltage are still display with a zero value…

Today once again, ABRP fails to get power & voltage values…
It is the same with the app running on my Pixel 7a or through Android Auto.
I really don’t understand how last week live data was complete with power and voltage and now those values desperately remain to a zero value with being displayed.
I must emphasize that meanwhile car scanner has had no problem reading all values from the dongle through BLE…

For a reason I don’t understand all (voltage+power date/drives being recorded) suddenly started to “work” normally again on Jan 2nd.
No change to the car software, same phone / ABRP version, same MCE 2000 dongle…
Could this been linked to some kind of problem network access to ABRP servers that could prevent the app to work properly ?

Have you checked if resetting (unlink and relink) the OBD connection resolves the issue?
