Using Android Auto: When driving on a trip with multiple stops (waypoints and/or charging stations) it is still unclear how ABRP decides that the current "Waypoint" is "reached" and the planner now guides to the next one or reroutes back to the waypoint because it is not yet "reached".
For example:
A) I had the issue that I was driving to a charging station on a shopping center that was misplaced on the map, the planner guided me to roughly the entrance of the shopping center but now I had to find my way on my own to the charging station proper. The problem is, ABRP kept rerouting me to where the charging station theoretically was and it was distracting.
B) When reaching a charging station and charging to the required SoC, ABRP doesn't show the next waypoint immediately, you have start driving somewhere (and it is still guiding to the current charging station, so rerouting constantly) and only after some time it realises that the car has enough SoC to reach the next station and changes the destination to the next waypoint.
C) Sometimes (maybe is just me) I put a waypoint on the entrance to a parking lot of a place I want to visit or roughly to where I expect to find some parking space, so this is not my true destination. ABRP doesn't think I have reached my destination yet and keeps rerouting me while I search for a place to park. And then the issue is, how do I tell ABRP that I'm done with that destination and I want to move to the next?
I think on these issues the handling on Google Maps seems more adequate: it tells you that you have reached your destination when you are very close to it, and then it shows you a button that you can press to start and navigate to the next waypoint when you are ready to do so. This can also be applied while charging (i.e. "Charging Finished") where ABRP can check if you charged enough for reaching the next waypoint or it has to compute a new plan if you had for some reason suspend charging earlier than expected.
