Bug in the Settings "Charging"

Since the redesign (v7), it shows an incorrect number for “Charging networks” under “Settings” -> “Charging”. It always shows two too many. Currently it shows “3” even though only one network is avoided and no one is preferred, what you see when you hit “Charging networks”. There must be an error in the background.
