BMW iX 2025 - Wrong reference consumption calculation

I have been a paying customer for a while now, at least 2 years now, and I’m thinking to drop the subscription, ABRP started to mode more harm than good for me.

The support for BMW iX is not not working and it makes the usage of ABRP a total mess. Every customer adopting ABRP using a BMW iX for sure is gonna drop the ABRP usage.

The problem(s).

1) ABRP is able to read only negative power (while breaking) and all the power consumption while accelerating are read equal to 0. The net effect is that over time ABRP believes that the reference consumption have a value of like 22 Wh/km (more than 10 time lower than reality). From this moment on all the planning routes do not make sense, thousand and thousand of KM without the need for a charge.

2) Disabling the “use calibrated consumption” is not working indeed after some times it goes back on leading again to the usage of reference consumption that are just bogus.

3) Setting back a “plausible” reference consumption sometime doesn’t work, somehow refuses to accept high values, see attached picture where it refuses to accept 220, right now I can put any value between 9 and 165, any other value outside that range is considered invalid (see red frame)

Now from what I understood the reading of positive power is bugged (car side it seems) and that’s fine, can you at least drop the attempt to read the power consumption reading voltage and amperes via ODBII? That’s not working just let it go.

Where does this happen?
Android
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
ABRP 6.2 BETA (5690)
