BMW i4 - Tronity can’t connect

My parents have a BMW i4, and want to use ABRP. But we can’t get Tronity to connect to ABRP/BMW Data. Seems like Tronity have some broken links and such.

Is there anything we can do?

They also did paid for the premium.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Do you get any error message when connecting such as “Authorization error” or other ones?

      Hi, I get the “Authorization Error” - The OAuth client was not found.

      Trying another mail for Tronity, just displays “Authorization Error”.

        You will have to contact Tronity for this issue as we are not able to help when the error is from Tronity themselves.
