Bluetooth cannot connect to OBD adapter

when I try to connect to the cars OBD adapter it says connecting to the cars ECU I believe meaning the last step and it fails there the OBD normally works with other apps so I know that the machine works

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
