Bluetooth audio streaming stutters when navigating with ABRP

All versions of ABRP and all versions of iOS, although its severity does fluctuate across versions. It is particularly frustrating in the most recent versions.

Current configuration:
iPhone 15 connected to official Apple MagSafe charger, running iOS 17.5.1, ABRP 5.0.0, Bluetooth OBD reader, playing downloaded podcast files from the Apple Podcasts app or downloaded music files from the Apple Music app, streaming to Renault Zoe Q210 via Bluetooth with audio navigation turned off in ABRP.

The audio stream stutters frequently. It seems like it might happen when ABRP is calculating routing options, since it is most common when approaching a junction or when in heavy traffic. Or it may be due to Bluetooth communications with the OBD reader saturating the available bandwidth over that antenna. Either way, it happens so frequently that it makes listening to audio while navigating with ABRP an impossibility.

The stuttering stops as soon as ABRP is closed, or when navigation is stopped.
