BLE Dongle Error

Hello! I am not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am having issue with connecting a BLE OBDII dongle to ABRP. I have verified that the functionality of the device is working via other apps, yet when I go to connect the device, I get the error that it cannot connect with the car abrubtly after less than 5 seconds of loading. The app generates this error code, I’m not sure if this is helpful.

I purchased this adapter specifically from forums reccomending it to work with ABRP, and I want to make sure this isn’t me being stupid before I return it and waste more plastic.
