BLE Dongle Error

Hello! I am not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am having issue with connecting a BLE OBDII dongle to ABRP. I have verified that the functionality of the device is working via other apps, yet when I go to connect the device, I get the error that it cannot connect with the car abrubtly after less than 5 seconds of loading. The app generates this error code, I’m not sure if this is helpful.

I purchased this adapter specifically from forums reccomending it to work with ABRP, and I want to make sure this isn’t me being stupid before I return it and waste more plastic.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

        It seems that this pids does not work. You need to search for the correct pids for your car. Then go to the settings → Vehicle → Live data → Edit and then you will see a Pid editor at the bottom. Add the new pids there and see if it works with your car.

        Unfortunately we can’t do this because we don’t have your car model to test it on.
