Blank map via carplay

I’m having an issue where the ABRP map view on my Ford lightning infotainment screen shows up as black and cannot be changed. It typically happens mid-route when I try to continue after having finished charging. I’ve restated the app and the infotainment system and also disconnected and reconnected carplay with no success.
