Black Screen on companion app when carplay connected,

I'm having some issues since when i connect to Carplay without premium subscription and I start a trip in abrp app on my phone, it shows a black screen instead of the map. The overlay information works just fine, battery percentage and speedometer etc.
Just when I unplug the the cable, and therefore I disconnect from carplay, the map appears magically.

I'm using ios 18 dev beta right now.
