Black screen on Android, no map

Black screen on phone. No map visible. Sometimes emptying the cache helps. Sometimes not. Also experience strange behaviour with Android car. Directions are coming through, but on the map nothing happens. Samsung Galaxy S23. Great app, shitty execution. Starting to regret paying for it.
