ABRP showing 90% while EV9 at 48%

Syncing via Encode. Is that system down?

Where does this happen?

    Hi again @Paul Aro,

    Enode responded;

“…in this case it appears that the entire user has been unlinked, which removes all data from our database relating to that user.”

May I ask you to attempt to link the vehicle once more via Enode?

    Hi @Paul Aro,

I’ve received a response from Enode. Could you please attempt to link your vehicle via Enode again so that Enode can examine the issue?

I re-linked to Enode and it seems to have synced correctly for now. I haven't gone for a drive yet to confirm if it remains in sync.

    Hi @Paul Aro,

90% SoC is the default value for this setting so it sounds like we’re not getting live SoC at all. I can see that the most recent data we received overall came from Android Auto, not Enode.

It is possible that Android Auto does not deliver useful data via the connection for your vehicle. If this is the case, you can turn it off, read more in: Live Data via Android Auto

As for Enode, I would recommend disconnecting and reconnecting. Reset your live data connection

I've unlinked and relinked several times and still not working. Can I get a refund on my premium subscription while the sync feature is not working?

I’m sorry to hear. Our standard procedure here is to contact Enode so that they can investigate why the connection between them and the manufacturer is failing (we don’t have that insight). However, if they are to troubleshoot the issue, you will need to be able to access the Enode option.

Should I ask Enode to troubleshoot?

Regarding refunds, this is our public feedback portal; we’re not able to handle subscription and refund questions here. For this, please send us an email instead.

Under ‘Support & feedback’ select: ‘Subscription issue’ instead to send an email.

I’ve now submitted a report to Enode so that the issue can be investigated further.

I’ve also re-checked the current status of your vehicle connection. I can see that you’ve linked the EV9, but I don’t see that we’ve logged any vehicle data from Enode in the past weeks. We’ve only logged data from Android Auto and complimentary GPS points from the ABRP app.
