Battery capacity factors degradation twice?

My VW ID.4 has a theoretical capacity of 77kWh. Using an OBDC II scanner, I get a max battery capacity of 74400 kWh. ABRP is reporting a battery degradation value of 8.2% so now the battery capacity is listed at 67.4kWh. Is this erroneously double the degradation or is my vehicle's max capacity not displaying correctly because I haven't charged to 100% and drained it for it to be properly calibrated?
