Balance segments between chargers

In some cases, ABRP has returned plans that have segments of unbalanced length between stops: say, 2h30m until the first stop, then 30 min to the second stop.

This is undesirable because the first segment is too large - one should stop for a rest every two hours, max, IMHO. It would be nice to have a parameter to specify how much long segments between stops can be tolerated (I am assuming that we don't want to make stops additional to those in which we charge).
