Today I used ABRP to plan a trip. ABRP showed 4 fast chargers located at the Flying J / Pilot gas station in Biggs Junction, Oregon. My plan took this into consideration and showed I would have 17-20% remaining on arrival. However, on arrival there were no chargers to be found and I was at 17%. Thankfully, I was able to go off network to a slower charger in another location 20 miles away. I arrived there with 6%. and my range anxiety was topped out.

If your app is supposed to be the best planning app for EV vehicles you need a verification process that the units you advertise are actually in place….Not a Fan of this App!

Where does this happen?

    Could you please send us which charging stations that you were given a plan to charge at so we can investigate them?

        There are times where chargers have been added to ABRP by other users in OpenChargeMap that may have been available before but not anymore. We will have it removed from ABRP so it does not appear in plans again.
