Avoid tolls should have option to select in which countries I want to avoid tolls

• As a user I want to have selective toll avoiding based on country borders.

I often travel through Europe and in some countries (Czechia) toll roads are free for EVs, in some countries mountain sceneries are more beautiful than little time I save going on toll roads (Slovenia, Austria,…) and in some countries, certain areas, country side is boring (Northern Croatia) and I would rather take tolls. Now I have to replan at every border or charge stop near the border so such planning option would greatly ease my driving across Europe from Latvia to Croatia and Italy.
