Authorization error Tronity

I just subsribed for the premium version but not able to connect vehicule for live data exchange. I always receive the message “authorization error” when trying to sign in via Apple

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    You will have to contact Tronity for this issue since we cannot resolve authorization errors from there.

      I contacted Tronity and they told me I also an extra subscription is needed? In the past I never needed an extra subscription besides ABRP Premium. Without live data the app has no real use for me

        Unfortunately, we do not have the live data option from Enode any longer for BMW vehicles. The only options available are Tronity or buying and using an OBD dongle. You can read more about OBD dongles here: Link your vehicle via an OBD device
