AUTEL network need update

I've been looking at the current Autel network integration on the platform and noticed a few things we could improve.

The network is well-integrated and the charging information for the existing points is correct. However, it seems the database hasn't been updated in about a year.

Over 40 new Autel charging points are now operational and are not on the map. We need to add them to keep the app current and provide the most accurate service possible to our users.
