Route is not recorded when answering phone calls in CarPlay

Aufzeichnung Route & Telefonieren

Hallo, wenn ich telefonieren wird die Aufzeichnung der Route für die Dauer des Telefonats nicht aufgezeichnet . Man sieht dann die Route per Luftlinie. Nutze hier Appel Car Play (neustes IOS) und fahre ein Skoda Enyaq 85. Natürlich sind sie auch auf den neuesten Stand.

    Hi @familie.gebhard,

    Do you mean that the driving activity isn’t correctly logged in ‘my drives’ afterward or that the location “jumps” directly between two points in the ongoing navigation session?

      Yes correct. In the time of my call with Telefon they don´t track the track. They set 2 Points from the beginning of the call and when i ende the call. Then tehey make between this points a line and not the route.
