Audi q4 e-tron40 problem with live data

I can't connect to live data with my audi Q4 e-tron via enode. In the “connections” tab, the enode status shows “connected”, but when I go to the live data, it shows that the enode is not connected. Below screen shots.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
