Audi Enode issue "Account blocked"

I can't connect my Audi account to Enode. The error message says: "Account blocked It appears your account is blocked by Audi. Visit your Audi account or contact their support team." Audi tells me my account is OK. What can I do?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi @Luca Feroldi,

    Did you get this error message now? We can see that Enode has logged that Audi experienced API instability last week but this should be resolved by now;

        Ok, I’ve filed a ticket with Enode regarding this, and we’re awaiting their reply.
