Assistance Needed Connecting My Vehicles to ABRP (Ford Mach-E & Chevy Bolt)

Hello,

I’m having ongoing issues getting ABRP to correctly read data from my vehicles, even after following all available instructions.

My setup:

  • 2025 Ford Mach-E AWD Long Range (91 kWh battery)

  • 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier

  • Two Vgate iCar Pro OBDII adapters

  • ABRP Premium (Pro) account

  • Login: duanelittle@gmail.com

Issues:

  1. Ford Mach-E:
The Vgate iCar Pro connects, and I can see the OBDII data through the Vgate app, but in ABRP I only get the option for Generic OBD—no Ford-specific choices ever appear.

  2. Chevy Bolt:
I linked the Bolt to the MyChevrolet app, but ABRP never syncs with the actual battery state of charge. It is always showing data that is about 20 hours old, making trip planning extremely difficult.

I set this aside for a while because the frustration became overwhelming, but I really want to get this working. I would love for ABRP to properly detect my vehicles through the Vgate adapters and display accurate, real-time data.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Duane Little
