Arrival SOC ignored

There are many chargers before the destination but it ignores them. Regardless of my reasons it would be nice if the planner would listen to me and not drop below 20% as set. I even tried setting arrival SOC to 30%. It insists on a direct run skipping all chargers and arriving with 16% SOC.
